Imperial Long Form Tai Chi Chuan DVD!
Years ago I used to teach Seven Palm Kung Fu, a sheer fight to
the death Royal Guard form and philosophy, which was taught to
the Blood Guards of my elders. To "Protect and Not
Fail" made Seven Palm a truly dangerous skill set. The
last time I taught Seven Palm publicly, was when I was
teaching a vigorous Seven Palm training class at the U. S.
Olympic Training Center in Colorado. My decision to no longer
teach martial arts publicly came about when prior to my
arrival at the Judo Facility, which we were using for our
classes, a group of Olympians, whom had been discussing deadly
techniques amongst themselves, asked me "When Do we get
to the death blows!" and "Whether or not This or
That, would kill someone or not." I responded with a
class assignment to them all, to find, by the next day, some
one else to teach them death blows and the like, and ended our
classes.
From That day I vowed to teach "Only Girls" how to
fight with such strength. and train them to be unstoppable
warriors, able to defend themselves and their children, with a
sure and decisive skill set. Yet, I still found myself
teaching many boys and men from time to time, as well. These
activities brought about SKRI Tech and the Cosmic Dream World
support site for our few students, which reside in various
countries around the world.
It came to pass, a few years later, that I was injured
in a car accident in the mountains and was trapped for a few
days before I could get free from the vehicle, by then my legs
were too frozen to walk , so I had to crawl, tunneling through
four to six foot snow drifts in a blizzard. I fought hard to
stay alive and crawled about two miles on my elbows and hips
until I reached the family ranch gate. I climbed over the
fence wall and fell on the other side, and made it inside the
house. The reason for telling you folks this is that, months
later, I still could not walk, two years later I still could
only stand up for about one or two minutes.
Every day, I spent my one or two minutes on doing my root
healing form, which is Yang Style Long Form Tai Chi Chuan. I
regenerated capillaries and micro vascular circulation,
tendons and ligaments, bones and new blood vessels, cartilage,
skin, follicles, hair, and dense strong healthy muscles! In
about a year, I went from being crippled, to being able to
kick an eight foot ceiling from a single standing leap.
I
knew then that I had to, at least, share this medicine with
others, so I created the "Girls Learn Tai Chi Chuan
Now!" section of SKRI Tech's student site. The gentleman
demonstrating on our free online course is named Terry, a Long
Form Tai Chi Chuan enthusiast from California. His long form demonstration
was taped over thirty years ago and he has long since retired
from the arena.
So many schools and individuals have called or written SKRI
Tech, asking to buy the DVD of the long form and foot patterns
that we are now making one available that is true to our
temple's form and the same as if the practitioner were
attending SKRI Tech in person. This means that Breathing,
Nutrition, and knowing how and being able to circulate your
Chi Life Force are as every bit important as physical
movements and postures. -
